The Role
The Director of Revenue will be responsible for the P&L for an existing Marketplace plus newly formed eCommerce business unit. You will be overseeing all its business operations and execution across the customer online and offline journey. This person will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and lead a small go-to-market team (currently team of 6 2 CS + 1 Sales Manager + 1 Inbound BDR + 1 community manager + 1 partnership manager( to be hired) ).
What will get You HIRED:
Strong startup experience at Seed or Series A
Proven experience owning the P&L for a business unit, product and/or service
Prior experience launching a new product and/or service
Proven experience leading and meeting monthly revenue goals, retention goals and overall NPS
Proven track record owning day to day CS and Business Operations, to offer a seamless experience to customers and business partners - online bookings, new customer onboarding and orientation, offline experience
Experience of working on feedback loop with sales and product leads to improve customer journey & experience
Self Starter, High Accountability to deliver results
8-10 yrs experience

Compensation Range:
$150,000 - $170,000 + high equity + high bonus
