About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientated individual to join our team as a Sales Admin | Sales Operations Executive. As a valued team member, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where we value collaboration, creativity and initiative.
The Sales Operations team is a fundamental part of the business, and looks after the core operations of quotations and order processing.
The ideal candidate for this position should be highly organised and possess good communication skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of office software and technology is a plus.
In this position, you will be part of the sales operations team of a dynamic global business, and have the opportunity to be exposed to the exciting and fast paced world of Cyber Security. We encourage all our team members to actively participate in team training we have to offer and all the available online cyber courses of our security vendors.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform sales admin and back office tasks; which includes preparing quotations, logistics, procurement, Account receivables and Account payable.
- Operate a backend SAAS finance and procurement system.
- Liaise with Sales, Product Managers, Channel Account Managers to provide the utmost service for our customers.
- Report to Sales Operations Manager (Sydney).
What we are looking for:
- Experience in Sales Admin preferred.
- Meticulous and Organised.
- Demonstrate Problem Solving skills and Time Management.
- Handle Internal and External Communication.
- Possess Microsoft Office skills.
- Fresh Graduates welcomed.
