About the role
We are looking for a mid-senior-level Revenue Operations Manager who will play a critical role in implementing and managing our technology stack. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and HubSpot, with the ability to integrate data into a streamlined dataset. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize our tech stack, streamline processes, and drive revenue growth. This role offers an opportunity to be a hands-on contributor today and evolve into a coaching role in the future
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage our technology stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Integrate data from various sources into a streamlined and unified dataset.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain and optimize the sales tech stack, marketing tech stack, and customer success tech stack.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of technology tools and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in revenue operations technology.
Who would be a good fit?
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Experience with integrating and managing data from multiple sources.
- Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes and technologies.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Experience in coaching or mentoring team members is a plus.
