Sales Order Management:
-
Receive, review, and process sales orders from the sales team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with various departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery to customers.

Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to the sales team and customers.

Provide customers with tracking information and updates to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Processing:
-
Work closely with the technical support team to facilitate replacements or repairs.

Handle RMA requests from customers, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the RMA process.

Work with our internal teams to evaluate returned products for quality and compliance with RMA policies.

R&D/Non-inventory room management:
-
Restock returned electronic components from vendors to the R&D/Non-inventory room.
- Updating Non-inventory count and maintaining its records to share with purchasing/procurement team.

Reporting discrepancies in non-inventory items, such as the low inventory at the last count.

Support the R&D team and manufacturing team requests for stock-out and stock-in items.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field. 0-1 Years of experience in Sales Operations is a plus.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities to assist in data analysis and report generation.

Familiar with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free data processing.

A good and reliable team player with strong communication skills. Self-motivated, continually striving for excellence, and can thrive under pressure.
- Exposure to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or related software. The NetSuite experience is a plus.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulae, charts, and pivot tables.

The pay range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
