Androlabs is a fast-growing global men’s health pharmaceutical company that aims to improve outcomes for men by helping them along their prevention and treatment journeys. We are re-evaluating the traditional model of the pharma industry and developing an alternative solution by prioritising targeted, science-led prescriber engagement.
We are looking for an innovative and ambitious Sales Operations Analyst, who will be responsible for supporting the Head of Sales in driving sales efficiency, performance, and effectiveness within the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to analyse and optimise various sales processes, provide data-driven insights to improve decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall sales performance. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing
- Utilising sales data sources and tools to gather, analyse, and present data related to sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Creating comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership.
- Evaluating existing sales processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and shorten sales cycles.
- Managing the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and training sales team members on best practices.
- Assisting in the development of sales forecasts and analysing sales trends for potential risks or opportunities.
- Tracking individual and team sales performance against targets, providing updates and insights to management.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to support sales representatives with the necessary tools and materials.

Requirements
What you are bringing
- You will have previous experience in a similar role and be passionate about helping us achieve our global goals and deliver on our purpose
- A business mindset, and the ability to look for opportunities for improvement and growth
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and sales operations
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, or business intelligence platforms
- Previous experience within sales operations, a proven experience of providing valuable insights to drive growth and improvements across the sales function
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot familiarity is a plus but not mandatory) and sales enablement tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
- You demonstrate great self-awareness and motivation
- A Business degree or other relevant degree
