Our client is a leading software solutions company operating within a global marketplace. They are now seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in their London offices.
- Responsible for all stages of the sales cycle, supporting the team by identifying sales growth opportunities from existing and new customers,
- Improving sales agent experience to increase performance against KPIs
- Identifying and reducing manual and repetitive tasks.
- Use multiple data sources to identify trends with issues or opportunities and make recommendations.
- Advanced SQL preferably with experience using Databricks and Github
- Some of ; Qlikview, Python, Alteryx.
- Salesforce and CRM experience
- Advanced Excel knowledge working with large data-sets
