We are looking for a strategically-minded and operationally-focused Revenue Operations leader who will improve upon key business processes and evolve our systems to support growth. In this role you will provide leadership in all facets of Revenue Operations, including: key contact for the Regional Vice Presidents of Sales, go-to-market planning, territory management, forecasting, quoting, deal desk, reporting and data quality initiatives. You have a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and are ready to harness your sales operations experience within a high-growth, fast paced technology company.
What you will do:
- Support the sales team leaders and the sales team at the day-to-day level, including quoting, territory management, and reporting.
- Support and improve processes enabling the business to scale
- Ensure the highest degree of data quality in all areas of sales operations
- Build and update process documentation, tool training documentation and integration documentation as it pertains to sales operations.
- Build and maintain prospective customer and existing customer database and ensure GTM teams are appropriately deployed to customers and prospects that they serve with the highest value and growth opportunity.
- Work directly with sales leadership to ensure they are getting the information they need to understand and manage their business and their teams are enabled to be as efficient and effective as possible
- Work collaboratively with sales leadership to optimize sales territory coverage leveraging a data-driven approach
- Team with Sales Enablement to introduce new processes, tool training and broad-based Sales messaging; Train and support end-users of systems and tools within the sales tech stack
- Work with the VP, Revenue Operations on decisions that are cross-team or cross-functional in nature to ensure internal stakeholder buy-in
- 4+ years in Sales Operation or Revenue Operations
- BA or BS, of equivalent experience
- Experience with sales tech stack -Salesforce.com required. Marketing automation tool familiarity preferred, along with other sales tech e.g. ZoomInfo, Clari, Boostup.Ai
- Extensive first-hand experience with progressive sales automation systems and demonstrable ability to improve sales productivity; hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ solutions a strong plus.
- Acute attention to detail, creative problem solving skills, customer-service attitude, unrelenting curiosity and a strong work ethic
- Experienced collaborator across multiple business functions, familiarity and comfort when interacting with and presenting to senior management
- Advanced Excel; MS PowerBI / Tableau preferred
