Associate Broker - Sales Operations Manager
We are a prominent and fast-growing real estate company seeking an ambitious and dynamic Associate Broker and Sales Operations Manager to spearhead our team of real estate agents. As the Associate Broker, you will play a crucial role in the success of our brokerage by recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of highly motivated real estate agents. Your leadership skills, industry expertise, and passion for real estate will drive the growth and success of our team and brokerage.
Compensation:
$85,000 yearly + Bonuses
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Team Building:

Proactively identify and recruit talented real estate agents to join the brokerage.

Implement effective strategies for attracting top-performing agents and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates.

Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture to foster a supportive work environment.
Mentorship and Onboarding:

Provide hands-on mentorship and guidance to newly hired agents to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Develop personalized training plans to address individual agent needs and accelerate their professional growth.

Offer ongoing support to agents, addressing challenges, and providing solutions to enhance their productivity.
Continuous Education and Training:

Organize regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to keep the team updated on industry trends, legal regulations, and best practices.

Facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance agent skills and knowledge.
Goal Setting and Performance Management:

Collaborate with agents to set individual and team performance goals.

Monitor agent performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and offer constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Implement recognition programs to celebrate team and individual achievements.
Marketing Campaigns and Strategy:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brokerage's listings and services effectively.

Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, print media, and networking events.

Enhance the brokerage's online presence and brand reputation through strategic marketing initiatives.
Brokerage Management:

Oversee day-to-day brokerage operations and ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications:-
A valid real estate broker's license or qualified to pursue a broker's license.

Proven experience as a successful real estate agent or broker with a track record of sales and client satisfaction.
