Sales Operations Manager (Dublin, CA or USA Remote)

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support our rapidly growing business development and sales teams within a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will partner with leadership by developing and deploying strategies, tactics, tools and metrics that drive strategic revenue growth. You will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer and be responsible for developing the end-to-end operational function of the selling motion, reporting, pipeline management and other aspects of the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of insightful reports, dashboards, and sales tool workflow rules
- Utilize CRM tools to prospect, build account lists, and manage lead assignments across sales team
- Manage pipeline reporting
- Salesforce administration, ie: maintaining data integrity
- Compile, analyze, and report on sales data to all relevant stakeholders
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to guide the sales approach and continue growing the business
- Drive operational efficiencies and achieve strong foundations for business processes and team alignment
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify challenges and opportunities, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and finance to align sales strategies and drive organizational goals.
- Enter, track and monitor contract terms and pricing
- Analyze and report on pricing trends & other sales KPIs
- Collaborate with the legal team on contract management and storage
Experience
- 5+ years Prior experience in a sales operations management role, supporting and enabling sales teams
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis, and sales forecasting tools, such as Salesforce
- Understanding of sales processes, strategies, and methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Results-oriented, self-starter
- Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Base salary
The annual base salary for this position is between $95,000.00 to $136,000.00 depending upon experience and where you live.
