Role Summary:
As Globality's Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the sales and marketing operations process. You'll work directly with the leadership team, providing analytics and business insights to drive successful performance against established KPIs. You'll be a trusted business advisor that drives operational rigor around our forecasting cadence and execution of go-to-market planning.
You will be both strategist and executioner using your passion and energy to drive improvements in a rapid-pace environment.
What you will be doing:
- Manage and optimize the revenue operations of our sales and marketing teams, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilize analytical and quantitative skills to take a data-driven approach to problem-solving and provide insights to support revenue growth strategies
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer success, to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations
- Conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and identify opportunities for growth
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process
What we are looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, such as customer relationship management systems
- Ability to conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities for growth
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
The annual base pay range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Globality's total compensation package for employees. This information is provided per the California Equal Pay Act.
