JOB POSTING: SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST
Far Bank Enterprises is looking to hire a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales team at either our Bainbridge Island or Seattle offices.
As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations and play a pivotal role in managing, optimizing processes, and supporting business growth through the order management channel. Your main responsibility will be overseeing the order pipeline for all four of Far Bank's brands and becoming the go-to expert on order management.

As the Sales Operations Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire order pipeline, from B2B order entry to shipment of goods. This role is critical in ensuring a profitable and customer-centric organization. We're looking for a curious and enthusiastic individual who is constantly eager to learn and expand their knowledge base. You'll be expected to challenge existing business processes and identify opportunities to leverage technology and tools for process improvement. Problem-solving will be a key aspect of this role, and your ability to listen to diverse opinions, analyze information, and make informed decisions will be highly valued.
Core Areas Of Responsibility
- Manage order pipeline systems, including EDI, DSCO, B2B, and D365.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure on-time product delivery.
- Handle order release management.
- Assist with system implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Finance, and IT teams.
- Build reports and perform business analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of in-depth experience with D365, EDI, and DSCO systems.
- Desired 3+ years of order management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make data-driven business decisions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with Sales, End Consumers, Retailers, Far Bank's Technology, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,720 to $91,520, depending on experience and skills.
