: Sales Excellence Analyst
Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity for Sales Excellence Analyst that is fully remote.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to assess the sales team's performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with sales leadership to develop action plans for improvement and drive accountability.
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze, evaluate, and streamline the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance the overall sales efficiency.
- Sales Enablement Materials: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, case studies, and competitive analysis, that support the sales team in their customer interactions and sales presentations.
- Training and Development: Develop and conduct sales training programs to empower our sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Provide coaching and feedback to enhance sales representatives' performance and sales acumen.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasting models and reporting mechanisms to provide senior management with insights into sales performance and revenue projections.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and enhance overall customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience (5 years) in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency w/data analysis tools to drive insights and decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and sales performance analytics software.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate sales teams effectively.
- A strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- High level of adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing tech environment.
- Team player with the capacity to work collaboratively and build relationships across departments.

- Pay Range: $65 - 71/hr
