Set 2 Close is in search of a Sales Operations Coordinator that has Hubspot and projectcoordination experience. This role will directly support the Chief Operations Officer and will be responsible for schedule management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, project coordination, data analysis, and representing the executive to others.
Role Responsibilities:
● Update and report communications within the CRM.
● Scheduling meetings with clients and team members
● Executive schedule management
● Project coordinating timelines and deliverables
● Communicating with clients and internal teams/partners
● Organize and communicate deliverables for internal and external projects
● Respond to emails and act as a communication liaison between clients and the
executive.
● Support the Executive with day to day activities
● Provide weekly reports and updates to the executive
● Help optimize the executives daily method of operations
