We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst to join a leading Automotive Insurance Administrator based in Warwick. As Sales Operations Analyst you will support the wider sales team with interpreting and analysing sales data to help the business become more profitable and efficient. The Sales Operations Analyst will be an internal based role mainly dealing with internal stakeholders and working with data from a bespoke CRM System. The role is a newly created position and would be suited to a recent graduate who is analytical and business minded.
As Sales Operations Analyst you will handle, organise and evaluate the sales teams performance data to provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports; outline patterns and trends and provide support towards recommendations for growth. The role will heavily numbers based and the right person will be a confident Excel user with the ability to set formulas, create pivot tables and utilise VLOOKUP. You will also be asked to maintain the CRM system and assist with obtaining any missing data required to complete reports.
The right candidate will be analytical; able to process large volumes of data and be an excellent Excel/CRM user. The right candidate will be a recent graduate or have recently started their career ideally with an interest in business or sales. Our client will provide training and is looking for someone with hunger to succeed and open to learning. The right candidate will be very organised and have a high attention to detail.
The role is a permanent position working Monday - Friday; 8.30am-5pmand operating a hybrid working pattern of 4 days working from their modern Warwick office and 1 day working from home. On offer is a salary of£23,500 -£25,000 per annum. The company are a growing business that can offer long term stability with opportunities within the future for further development.
