Team’s mission:
Currently, we’re experiencing a phase of significant change and challenging expansion with RevOps playing a crucial role in the overall success of our organisation. Following a successful merger earlier this year, RevOps key mission is to
unify our Go-To-Market Teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), working as one revenue team with a single common purpose to sustain and further accelerate our growth. We aim to achieve this by driving cross-functional collaboration, streamlining processes, building the commercial architecture and making data-driven decisions.
We are seeking a strategic and analytical RevOps star to optimise revenue generation and GTM process, from lead generation to sales and customer retention. Your strong communication skills, dedication to driving operational excellence, business acumen and exceptional problem-solving skills will be instrumental in shaping successful revenue initiatives and projects.
THE ROLE
- Develop and execute a clear roadmap and prioritization for revenue operations projects that optimize revenue generation and increase overall profitability
- Effectively convey complex information to stakeholders in the Go-to-Market functions, ensuring cross-functional alignment and effortless implementation
- Own strategic projects and initiatives, while prioritizing day-to-day and ad hoc requests based on their business impact, to maximize the outcome for individual stakeholders and the business as a whole
- Drive implementation and maintenance of all revenue-related systems
- Foster knowledge sharing and enablement of the Go-to-Market teams by creating documentation and sharing best practices
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in revenue, sales or CS operations or similar role (preferably in SaaS or tech companies)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis (Excel), BI (Tableau) and CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
- Passion for designing scalable processes and driving operational excellence
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher), German proficiency (B2 or higher) a plus
