Company Overview: Our client is a fast growing Medical Technology organisationknown for their commitment of quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. They are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Assistant to play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of the sales operations and keeping the business running smoothly
Position Overview: As a Sales Operations Assistant, you will be an integral part of this companies sales team, providing crucial support in various operational aspects. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and passion for optimizing processes will help drive the sales department's efficiency and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales managers to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer information, order details, and pricing.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
- Manage and organize sales documentation, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members, helping them acclimate to our processes and tools.
- Work closely with the marketing department to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts, including campaign execution and lead tracking.
- Assist in CRM management, data entry, and maintenance to ensure a comprehensive and updated customer database.
- Help optimize sales processes by identifying areas for improvement, proposing solutions, and implementing efficient workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Prior experience in sales support, operations, or administration is a plus.
