Position Overview:
As the Sales Operations Manager at Kinective, you will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams while strategically driving business growth. Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and refine sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish sales quotas, forecasts, and budgets.
- Contribute to the annual and quarterly planning processes.
- Process Optimization:
- Analyze sales processes to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations.
- Simplify sales operations by implementing best practices and reducing complexities.
- Define and execute sales methodologies for consistent results.
- Data Management & Analysis:
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of sales data.
- Leverage sales data insights to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.

- Sales Technology & Tools:
- Oversee sales technology tools including CRMs, sales enablement, and analytics platforms.
- Empower sales teams with effective tool utilization through training and guidance.

- Sales Performance Analysis & Improvement:
- Collaborate with sales teams to analyze performance metrics and identify areas of improvement.

- Sales Forecasting:
- Collaborate with sales teams to create precise sales forecasts.
- Monitor sales pipeline and deliver regular updates to senior management.

- Collaboration & Communication:
- Foster close collaboration with sales teams to comprehend their needs and challenges.

- Compensation & Incentive Planning:
- Design and manage sales compensation plans for optimal motivation and performance.

- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
