About this Role
Design Pickle is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to build, manage and optimize our end-to-end CRM processes and data integrations. You will use your technical and analytical skills to manage our CRM structure and decision-making, technology infrastructure, data hygiene, and reporting.
This organized over-communicator will ensure that Design Pickle's CRM and system integrations are deployed effectively, funnels are optimized, goals are defined clearly and kept in focus, data is tracked properly, reports and insights are distributed, planning is actionable, and communication is consistent. You have a passion for data and your analytical background will help Design Pickle create efficiencies and cohesion between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Location: Anywhere. Design Pickle is a fully remote company with a Company Hub in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Minimum of 3 years of HubSpot management experience in a B2B environment.

Hands-on lead management experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize the lead journey to support customer acquisition targets.

Experience building, implementing, and managing lead-scoring systems.

Experience managing data integrations with the ability to communicate technical requirements.

Experience building custom HubSpot dashboards and reports for various business units.

Excellent project management and communication skills. Our team works remotely, and everyone is expected and trusted to manage their time effectively.

Experience structuring feedback loops for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to gauge performance.

Oversee Design Pickle's CRM including lead data, automation, and integrations

Support the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams with insights and reporting by setting up and managing data integrations within the CRM

Serve as the Sales and Marketing lead flow linchpin, ensuring a smooth lead handoff process and accurate lead reporting

Manage and optimize HubSpot, facilitating CRM issue resolution for the Sales team

Partner closely with the Sales team on structure, implementation, and workflows

Set up structured feedback loops for Sales and Marketing teams to communicate what is or is not working

Create and lead quarterly sales enablement training to optimize the use of our CRM and create efficiencies for the Sales team

Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to determine gaps in reporting and analytics, building new reports and refining existing reports and dashboards

Ownership of Marketing Technology: manage marketing tech stack, implementation, integrations, and infrastructure relative to the CRM

Ownership of Reporting & Data Management: Optimize, govern, measure, and report across key data points within the CRM for Sales and Marketing

Optimize Processes: Oversee and optimize CRM funnels, segmentation, persona and ICP updates, lead mapping, and lead scoring
Handles CRM communication workflows, scheduling, training + feedback, sales alignment, and innovation opportunities
