As a Sales Operations Analyst at DaySmart, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales generation and efficiency. Collaborating with various departments, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing Salesforce CRM data, reporting & analytics, sales rep support, managing sales territories, and ensuring accurate and timely sales commission calculations. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact our sales growth strategy, making you a critical contributor to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce CRM Management: Optimize the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and user adoption. Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize CRM workflows and provide necessary support.
- Data Analysis and Manipulation: Use SQL to query, extract, and manipulate data from various sources, creating datasets for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Data Visualization: Utilize Tableau and Salesforce to develop insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide meaningful business insights.
- Sales Commissions Management: Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to accurately define, calculate, and process sales commissions, ensuring compliance with established policies and deadlines.
- Sales Territory Management: Collaborate with Sales leadership to define and administer sales territories.
- Sales Analysis: Analyze sales performance, sales trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess sales-related processes and suggest improvements to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive sales growth.
- Forecasting and Planning: Assist in creating accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Data Integrity and Quality Control: Implement and maintain data quality checks and processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align sales strategies and optimize overall business performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar roles preferably within a SaaS company.
- Proficiency with CRM systems. Salesforce preferred.
- SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with sales commission processes and calculations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving sales growth.
