My client, a mid size bio pharmaceutical company, is seeking a "Senior Manager, Sales Operations-PHARMA" Professional! In this role, you will be responsible for all the management and business analytics for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
*Primary liaison between Sales Team and Sales Operations
*Plans, organizes and monitors deliverables to field sales teams to ensure achievement of team goals.
*Identify gaps and develop strategies in order to maximize the selling effort.
*Conducts strategic business analysis to assess ROI
*Support ad hoc analytical requests
*Monitor key metrics sales performance and turnovers.
*Knowledge of CRM systems and processes.
*Strong understanding of VEEVA and management of sales force realignment
Requirements:
*BA/BS required
*6-8 years' experience in PHARMA Sales Ops
*Strong analytical background using sales tools
*Experience in omnichannel planning
*Experience in sales force design, alignment, targeting, etc
*Strong problem solving skills.
