Sales Operations Coordinator – Job Posting

Recently acquired by Blackstone Private Equity, CoreTrust is growing rapidly and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator.
Reporting to the Supervisor of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for helping support the activities of the CoreTrust sales team. You will manage the flow of activities for potential and existing members throughout the sales life cycle. Facilitating the onboarding of CoreTrust members and working with Account Managers and Sales Directors, you will manage the preparation, signature process, and updating of membership documents. You will also provide basic ad-hoc reporting for the sales and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain member facility location(s) database (rostering, announcing, and removing)
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation and execution of member agreements and other documents
- Facilitate documentation flow between sales and legal teams
- Maintain member data in Salesforce
- Facilitate member onboarding administrative task flow
- Communicate with clarity and prioritization to internal stakeholders to request or assign tasks
- Escalate problems with precision and appropriate urgency via the proper channels to the relevant owners and teams
- Prepare draft and executable versions of amendments to member agreements
- Process new member additions and category selections
- Provide member-requested activity reporting
- Complete ad hoc and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate's Degree, preferably business related, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a professional, corporate environment
- Ability to communicate with a high level of professionalism and effectiveness
- Expert in providing a seamless customer experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong ownership, impeccable attention to detail, and strong process adherence
- Ability to take instruction and direction
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
