Chief Revenue Officer (CRO - B2B Enterprise SaaS, previous $50-100M+ growth in ARR required)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished go-to-market leader to drive the execution of our business
and evolve our growth strategy. The CRO will report into our CEO and lead and evolve our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams (20 total), as well as align cross-functional leaders and teams, including Product, Technology and Shared Services, on revenue generating strategies. This role is remote friendly within the US.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and market opportunities.
-Lead the revenue organization to over-perform to plan, accurately forecast revenue, and track to critical KPIs and sales metrics.
-Lead the sales team in identifying and targeting key customer segments, driving new customer acquisitions, and expanding existing accounts.
-Oversee the marketing team to create data-driven campaigns that generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and support the sales funnel.
-Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback informs product enhancements and innovation.
-Establish and manage effective sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and performance metrics to drive accountability and revenue predictability.
-Analyze revenue metrics, customer lifetime value, and churn rates to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.
-Work closely with customer success and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and drive upsells and cross-sells.
-Collaborate with finance to create revenue projections, budgets, and pricing strategies that optimize profitability.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to make informed decisions and adjustments to the revenue strategy.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
-Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a SaaS or technology company, with at least 10 years of experience in executive sales and revenue roles.
-Strong understanding of revenue metrics, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management.
-Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
-Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to make informed decisions based on analytics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments.
-Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools, as well as proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
-Strong business acumen and the ability to balance revenue growth with operational efficiency.
