On behalf of our client, an established Public Sector organization, Equality Street is seeking an innovative and results-driven Director, Client Revenue Operations to lead their Salesforce Cloud practice and drive strategic success for customers.
This role combines acting as a thought leader with deep Marketing and Sales Operations expertise, providing executive-level strategic advice, and leading Salesforce ecosystem projects for some of the most exciting companies in the world. This role is responsible for both attracting new clients and growth within existing retainers, with a focus on Marketing Cloud success.
Successful candidate for this role will be responsible for delivering outstanding results across Salesforce platform, engaging audiences, and exceeding customers’ expectations. You will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams, implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns. 1. Thought Leadership and Strategic Advice:
o Thought leader, providing executive-level strategic advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
o Offer insights and recommendations based on deep expertise in Marketing and Sales Operations.
2. Salesforce Ecosystem Projects:
o Lead and manage Salesforce ecosystem projects
o Utilize your expertise to drive growth within existing retainers, with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud success.
3. Client Engagement and Success:
o Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to maximize their Salesforce technology investment, including email optimization, personalization campaigns, and AI-driven content recommendations.
o Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and success throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, development, testing, documentation, and delivery of complex client projects.
4. Mentorship and Team Development:
o Serve as a mentor to team members, sharing your knowledge and domain expertise to foster growth within the Marketing Cloud practice.
o Encourage professional development and support team members in enhancing their skills.
5. Thought Leadership and Content Creation:
o Lead webinars and author content to position yourself as a sought-after representative in the Salesforce ecosystem.
o Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative strategies into our marketing plans.
6. Delivery Team Oversight:
o Oversee a team of Salesforce ecosystem experts, ensuring successful project delivery and exceptional outcomes for our clients.
o Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
· Proven experience of at 8-10 years in digital development and marketing roles, including leadership positions.
· In-depth expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related technologies and expert knowledge of other B2C marketing platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Adobe, Hubspot).
· Must be able to create and execute campaign vision and lead digital marketing efforts and metrics.
· Ability to provide technology platform audits and implementations.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
· Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving integrated marketing campaigns to achieve strategic objectives.
