Billfold, a leader in the event and entertainment industry, is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As a start-up company, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about technology and sales and has a deep understanding of sales metrics, KPI analysis, and technical sales processes.
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving our entire sales tech stack strategy, managing relationships with vendors, and ensuring our sales and account management teams are taking full advantage of all our systems and tools with Salesforce as the hub. You'll be in a unique position to work across several different functions and have a substantial impact on revenue goals.
- Manage the sales tech stack on a day-to-day basis and develop and execute the overall strategy, identifying technology gaps, evaluating vendors, and optimizing every tool for maximum sales productivity
- Tech Stack Includes: Salesforce Unlimited, Gong.io, Chili Piper, Dealhub.io, Google Workspace, Slack, Quip, and ClickUPAct as system administrator for each tool, managing users and integrations, ensuring data hygiene and process efficiencies

Partner with Sales Director to deliver training for all sales tools

Develop and deliver a comprehensive Salesforce roadmap in partnership with Salesforce Development Team, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, distributing release notes, and recommending future enhancements and integrations

Develop a Salesforce governance model to manage this critical system across all departments impacted by the data and processes managed within it

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Minimum of 5+ years of professional work experience, including an in-depth understanding of and experience with the sales tech stack space and program management best practices

Certified Salesforce administrator

Ability to communicate effectively both in group settings and on a one-one basis

Ability to present information to senior business leaders in a clear and concise manner

Highly organized and detail-oriented, possessing multi-tasking skills and efficiency in managing uncertain situations

Must have the ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions, as well as demonstrate skill and passion for problem-solving and operational excellence

Agile Project management experience and keen attention to detail and timeline

The compensation range for this role is 85k-105k
