As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for various aspects of sales operations, including commission calculation, territory setting, quota creation, forecasting, pipeline management, salesforce.com reports, and business intelligence. You will play a critical role in optimizing the success of our sales team and ensuring smooth operational processes.
Responsibilities:

Commission Calculation: Develop and manage the commission structure and calculation process for the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely payouts.

Territory Setting: Collaborate with sales leadership to define and establish territories, ensuring effective distribution of accounts and opportunities.

Quota Creation: Assist in the development and implementation of sales quotas and targets, aligned with business objectives and market conditions.

Forecasting: Utilize historical data, market trends, and input from the sales team to generate accurate sales forecasts, enabling effective resource allocation and business planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the medical device industry.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with commission calculation, territory management, quota setting, forecasting, pipeline management, and salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
