Position Summary
SharpenCX is looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and effectiveness to our commercial processes, ensuring seamless coordination across all sectors of our company. The Sales Operations Manager analyzes data, researches processes and manages various procedures to ensure all sales and marketing records are managed and organized properly. The ideal person for this role is result-oriented, has a keen eye for detail, and a passion for optimizing commercial performance to make a significant impact on our company’s success.
Job Responsibilities
- Designs and documents the sales processes and workflows ensuring sales team productivity
- Drive adoption, and administration of sales, servicing and marketing enablement tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to support commercial effectiveness
- Ensures the data is accurate and usable for making business decisions
- Provides performance reporting and analysis and collaborates cross functionally to ensure the understanding of the data analysis
- Creates and maintains sales dashboards providing regular updates and insights to the leadership team
- Proactively identifies bottlenecks in the sales process and take the initiative to update the process and educate the team on the change
- Work with sales/revenue leaders to develop forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning reports to optimize resource allocation and sales target achievement
- Manages projects as they pertain to the roll out of sales processes
- Selects, implements and manages the sales automation tools used
- Assists with on-boarding new sales team members
- Works with Marketing providing feedback based on the process through sales
- Manages the CRM data within SFDC
