Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This position will be based in Parsippany, NJ with a 3:2 hybrid in-person schedule. As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our Sales Commission Programs and Systems for multiple brands and products within GAF Commercial, Residential, and Siplast. The primary focus of this role is to analyze and evaluate Sales Commissions and Market data to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
Essential Duties
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage the administration of the ICM (Performio) platform, including user setup, configuration, and workflows.
Collaborate with IT, Sales Ops, Finance, HR, and other teams to ensure accurate data, inputs, and calculations related to sales compensation.
Investigate and resolve commission questions and disputes from field sales promptly and accurately.
Support ad hoc projects and reports requested by sales management and corporate leadership, such as financial accruals, compensation metrics, and trends analysis.
Create and enhance data visualization tools to provide actionable insights to field sales representatives and leaders, promoting effective daily business management and sales growth.
Identify and drive continuous improvements across systems and workflows to optimize Sales efficiencies.
Research and analyze corrective actions for commission adjustments, bonus payments, etc.
Support in territory analysis and drive efforts to optimize sales resources and sales production.

Strong proficiency in Excel & Google Suite.
Proficiency in using Performio or other commission tools.
Experience working with CRM/Sales tools, such as Salesforce.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving constructive change.
Effective oral and written communication in responding to inquiries.
Foundational knowledge of Sales Reporting concepts, practices, and procedures, including performance and commissions.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data, including spreadsheet creation, analysis, monetary payout, and commission templates
Proven ability to problem solve and perform audits of daily work.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with the rollout of an Incentive Compensation Management Tool (ICM) is preferred.
Demonstrates a receptive attitude towards constructive input and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
