The most critical aspect of this role is to oversee sales funnel and operational metrics and manage the revenue reporting, forecast & budget. The role is highly hands-on and operational, while requiring analytical thought leadership for go-to-market plans, sales plans, and marketing activities, delivering actionable insights to establish strategic operational priorities.
Main Role and Tasks
- Support and maintain ARR and revenue forecasting models across both - new business and existing clients (new contracts, renewals, churn), providing regular updates to IDnow Group management
- Ensure compliance with the needs of Finance to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition
- Analyze quantitative data and identify trends, opportunities
- Manage sales forecasting, planning and processes, proactively ensure the sales organization maintains high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in all planning efforts
- Support optimization of workflows and accountabilities across the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from demand generation to lead generation through the sales cycle and through to account expansion
- Colalborate and implement reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) along this customer journey
- Evolve and manage the sales incentive compensation programs to motivate and reward the sales team
- Build a thorough understanding of all areas of the business - product, GTM strategy (including customer success), finance, and operations - serving as a force multiplier and increasing overall organizational effectiveness.
That Describes You
- Master’s degree (Finance, Business Administration or related field) or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years experience in revenue operations, finance/sales, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS organization involving stakeholder management and project management & execution
- Any sales experience – is a plus
- Fluency in English is a must and German and or French language skills are a plus
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques
- Experience with CRM, ERP, billing, and revenue management software (e.g. Salesforce or similar platforms
