Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, the Director of Sales Operations will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. The leader will drive the sales planning, process, and analytics, and play a key role in IPO readiness.
This position will be based remotely within the US.

Manage and develop a world class Sales Operations function in a scaling growth company.

Oversee day-to-day sales operations including pipeline management, sales forecasting, deal desk, and other rhythm of business processes.

Influence and drive better decisions and strategy by operating as a thought partner to the go-to-market leadership team on business drivers - i.e., coverage model, customer segmentation, quota-setting, rep productivity, territory planning, unit economics, etc..

Evolve the sales coverage model, sales incentive design, account planning, and order to cash process.

Develop and establish a high-quality, predictable and repeatable cadence of forecasting, rhythm of business reviews and strategic planning to help the company discover insights and drive accountability.

Partner with sales and customer success leadership to scope and implement operational and technical improvements to drive sales execution.

Identify, evaluate and execute on opportunities for sales process improvement.

Partner with Finance and HR to support sales incentives plan design and administration.

Partner with Finance to develop the order to cash process and efficiencies to support IPO readiness.

Drive best practices to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness via the deal desk and provide guidance to sales and management on financial implications of terms.

10+ years working experience and 5+ years leadership experience preferred.
- Public company / IPO readiness experience is a huge plus.

Ability to communicate complex concepts and quantitative insights concisely with actionable next steps.

Strong executive presence with ability to manage through high-intensity, high-pressure scenarios.

Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and see them through completion at a high level of quality.

B2B SaaS experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in business or technology discipline; MBA preferred.

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus, an equity component is included in the compensation package.
