Overview:
Lifeway is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for the Sales Operations team. The Salesforce Administrator will own responsibility for the successful implementation of, and ongoing operational excellence for the Salesforce. Working closely with leadership, you will ensure that the configuration of the Salesforce environment meets the stated business requirements.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote
Responsibilities:
- Live out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work

Evaluate, recommend, and partner with IT to integrate additional technology tools into the Salesforce environment

Work cross-functionally to drive continuous improvements in Salesforce-related frameworks and processes.

Administer and support Salesforce platform with user setups, profiles and roles, reports and dashboards, customized objects, fields, record types, etc

Key member of Salesforce implementation team to drive successful implementation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud

Collaborates with leadership team to document Salesforce-related business requirements and objectives, develop reporting and dashboards

Monitor and manage Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, making recommendations to leadership as appropriate

Lead training for Salesforce users
Qualifications:
Education Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or similar related field
Salesforce cerfication, strongly preferred
3 years as a Salesforce Administrator with specific experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud-
Strong preference given to those with omni channel B2B and B2C implementation experience
