The Sales Operations Analyst, Senior is responsible for working with the field sales teams and EJM stakeholders to strategically target prospects aligned to the overall Aircraft Management Sales strategy. The Sales Operations Analyst, Senior will strategically plan and maintain sales analytics programs and tools, create proposals and prospective client budget estimates, complete client operational analyses, generate client savings data, and create non-standard or customized reporting for strategic proposals. This role will analyze market intelligence and translating findings into actionable prospecting and lead generation activities. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this role will partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Owner Transition, Owner Services, Executive Leadership Team, Marketing, Contracts and Finance, to support the overall needs of the EJM aircraft management sales model.

Interface between field sales team and EJM stakeholders to enable Sales activities, including but not limited to, proposals, estimated budgets, Savings reports, contracting, marketing, innovative technologies, and tools.

Manage market intelligence and sales analytics programs and tools. Provide Field Sales VPs with actionable insights to enable strategic prospecting and lead generation.

Partners with Finance to forecast business development activities and trends.

Partner with Finance to ensure proposals represent desired profitability targets.

Maintain strong knowledge of the industry; attend conferences and workshops. Regularly inform and advise EJM leadership of industry trends and insights.

Creates and presents annual operating budgets for prospective clients. In addition, work on continuous improvement of the budgeting process and templates.

Creates ad-hoc or customized reports, as requested by clients or Sales teams, including savings data or pro forma budgets.

CRM Management and Reporting

Helps drive discipline and accuracy around CRM data entry and pipeline management.

Analyzes sales data based on customer segments.

Develops Tableau reporting to help EJM/NetJets Leadership make key business decisions. Approaches reporting with a problem-solving mentality and navigates through challenges to find solutions. Solves the unique requests using established data sources and creating new sources when necessary.
