medSR's parent company - a leading Healthcare Technology Company - is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (“CRO”) to join their Leadership Team.
Reporting directly to the CEO and President, this pivotal role directly influences new-business sales, Go-to-Market and client-based sales initiatives, and strategic partner/channel strategies across sales teams and divisions.
Our ideal CRO candidate conveys a passion for rapidly growing the business, building a high-performing onshore and off-shore professional sales and marketing team, and has demonstrated success in scaling innovative revenue-generating strategies. Your skill arsenal includes strong financial acumen, sales analytics and price modeling, C-Suite client-level engagement, and a healthcare industry network and insight to design and activate agile go-to-market initiatives.
As CRO, you will work closely with senior leaders, managers, and other executives to shape and execute corporate strategic plans and expand the company’s investments into new client segments and partnerships. You will strive to ensure our clients and prospects in our current and target geographies realize the full benefit of the multiple solutions and services our Company offers. The CRO is also responsible for inspiring, motivating, leading, managing, and coaching a high-performing team of industry sales professionals.
As a corporate leader, you are expected to demonstrate the appropriate balance of risk-taking judgment with results-driven confidence and urgency. Your integrity is unquestionable, and you role-model ethical decision-making and client engagement behaviors.
This role requires frequent travel and is based in our New Jersey headquarters office location. (remote office may be considered for the right candidate)
- Must have at least 10 years of experience leading both Sales and Marketing teams
- Must have experience with publicly traded companies
- Must have experience managing off-shore resources
- Must have STRONG experience in the Healthcare industry (healthcare IT preferred)
- Must be open to traveling up to 50%

Pay: $225,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
