We’re looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Director of Sales Operations who can provide world-class systems, processes and operations support for our fast-growing Enterprise business.
What You’ll Do:
Develop Salesforce as our backbone system and source of truth for the Enterprise Department and create a seamless experience across all functional teams including sales, marketing, implementation, account management and clinical solutions.
Provide systems and processes that enable the sales team to sell efficiently and effectively. Oversee and optimize Salesforce, Definitive Healthcare, ZoomInfo and related software tools.
Identify and lead implementation of additional critical systems for things such as Quote-to-Cash and commission.
Work collaboratively with Operations and Long Term Care organization to maximize Salesforce and other system commonalities across teams
Help craft selling strategies tailored specifically to enterprise healthcare systems.
Work with leadership and Finance to continuously improve goal-setting, sales quotas, incentive plans and forecasting.
Continuously work to increase sales productivity by identifying issues, simplifying work flows, and streamlining processes.
Create reports and analytics to drive and track sales performance and key metrics throughout the sales funnel, and to uncover opportunities for improvement.
As the business grows, build out a team to serve expanding teams and end users
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in sales operations in fast-growing enterprise technology companies
Deep Salesforce experience and expertise
Successful track record building and leading high-performing teams
Healthcare industry experience especially selling into IDNs very helpful
Bachelor’s degree in analytical or operational field such as business or engineering
Comfort working in start up and corporate environments
Natural collaborator who works well with other teams
Strong analytical skills
Ability to organize complex analysis and projects into clear presentations and project plans

Compensation Range: $129.2K - $190K
