Provides day-to-day support and analysis and support for a wide variety of present and potential business initiatives. Primary activities include the administration and maintenance of the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) system and the Salesforce.com platform. Additional activities include the enhancement and support of additional sales enablement tools. Work closely with functional leaders, organization units, and subject matter experts to develop and deploy new business processes and system enhancements. High level of interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required in order to establish and maintain positive working relationships with numerous internal parties.
