Our company with office is Austin, Texas and San Francisco, CA is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst for our growing firm. As an integral part of our sourcing team, which includes our business development and marketing teams, the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for driving insights, leading initiatives, and owning systems and tools that support the operations for our go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for managing and improving the sourcing technology stack, curating, managing, and improving our sourcing data, generating and maintaining reports and leaderboards on the status of our investment sourcing performance, and working with the business development, marketing, and executive teams, to develop and implement sourcing process improvements.
-5+ years of experience in a sales/revenue operations role
-Demonstrated proficiency in supporting and improving enterprise sales and marketing operations
-Proficiency with Pardot, SalesLoft, and/or Salesforce.com platforms
-Experience with Salesforce dashboards, reporting, and workflow automation (including Process Builder)
-Excellent business writing and communication skills
-Experience with Private Equity/VC is a plus
