The Position
The Opportunity:
As the Sales Operations Specialist, Point of Care you will act as the primary contact and respond to
internal and external inquiries concerning processes, programs, or procedures. This role assists
Point of Care leadership with special programs, projects, and/or sales initiatives.
Job Facts:
Develop strategic workshops around some of our most critical key opportunities
Strategic partner across various business units including Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Education, and Market Analytics.
Keep SVP of Sales and Marketing and the CEO office informed of current trends and key performance indicators
Support our Regional Business Managers and Area Directors with business insights related to the market dynamics within assigned geographies
Lead and partner with marketing and finance heads on key strategic imperatives that impact the priorities of the sales organization
Analyzes current tool/resource optimization and regularly meets with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and upcoming launches
Research, collect, and analyze a variety of complex data and information that is sensitive and confidential in nature
Disseminates information to internal and field-based employees regarding new campaigns, processes or procedures
Who you are:
To be successful in this role you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to lean in and own the creation of project charters, identify key stakeholders, and execute a developed plan
Strong business acumen and analytic skills
Advanced computer skills, particularly within gSuite and Excel
Effective and efficient oral and written communication skills
Additional Skills (preferred):
Sales Ops and Analytics experience preferred
Experience with key reporting tools (Excel, Salesforce, Tableau)
