Revenue Operations is at the heart of Zesty’s hyper-growth, enabling a healthy scale-up and a smooth integration of the different business units as we grow. As a Revenue Operations Manager at Zesty, you will be apart of the in’s and out’s of our Sales and Success departments. You will get an opportunity to work closely with leadership to design and implement strategies, processes, and analytics that empower and cultivate growth.
We’re looking for a business thinker, tech-savvy, analytical individual with outstanding communication skills and a sense of ownership.

In this role, you will build partnerships with the different teams in a global environment. You will help to design, build, and implement new strategies by taking full ownership and different initiatives to drive the business's success
- Sales Operations – working closely with Sales management and sellers
- Success Operations – working closely with CS management and CSMs
- Internal & cross-functional processes
- Systems & tools
- Data analysis – translating complex data to actionable insights
- Planning & Modeling – targets, headcount, commission structures, and calculation
- CRM architecture
- Sales automation tools
- Data enrichment and integration tools
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue operations, or other GTM strategy roles - Must!
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS company
- Result Driven - Experience driving the business to build better processes and workflows to ensure the success and achieving the KPI’s goals
- High proficiency in data analysis and data modeling
- Worked on multiple projects across different departments and different regions.
- Experience working in a fast and dynamic start-up - an advantage.

Compensation
- At Zesty, the base salary is only one component of our compensation package. This position has a range between $125,000- $133,000.
- The range will be based on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This position also includes an equity package of options. Zesty provides employees with comprehensive medical, dental, and much more benefits!
- Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
