Chief Revenue Officer (CRO): Driving Strategic Revenue Growth
We are seeking an experienced chief revenue officer (CRO) to develop and execute on sales and marketing strategy, team development and channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Work with the CEO, COO, and Board of Directors to design and execute strategic plans and develop new growth initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Define, implement, and oversee KPIs for our sales and marketing teams, keeping them aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
- Sales Team Leadership: Grow the sales and account management teams from a current small group of tenured team members. Continuously foster an environment focused on revenue growth and business acceleration.
- Marketing Team Leadership: Help the marketing team build excellent customer experiences and guide them through their ever-evolving customer acquisition strategies and projects.
- Market Insight: Encourage complete understanding of market dynamics, ensuring our product and service offerings resonate with our target markets.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly engage with the board, delivering strategic updates and actionable insights.
Essential Qualifications
- Ten or more years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing strategic planning and revenue growth.
- Proven track record of growing revenue through marketing, branding, and channel partnerships.
- Data-driven decision-making experience.
- Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- An advanced degree in business-related field.
- Experience within B2B SaaS and/or other recurring revenue businesses. InsurTech a plus.
- Proficiency in business productivity platforms.
