Job Summary:
This position is responsible for processing all orders and servicing the needs of all assigned accounts. The Sales Ops Specialist will act as a liaison for accounts and handle tasks in a timely manner.
Role Responsibilities:
· Check inventory with Demand Planner prior to processing orders.
· Create and/or approve Sales Orders in NetSuite.
· Invoice Sales Order in the appropriate account Portal.
· Assist accounts with inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and credits.
· Provide Email tracking information to accounts.
· Coordinate Return Authorizations.
· Dispute chargebacks and coordinates payment with finance team.
· Work daily with warehouse to process and resolve any shipping issues that may arise.
· Monitor out of stock items for all accounts, updating tracker weekly.
· Order Trend Tracking, presenting findings to Sales, Planning & Finance.
· Follow Sku level trends by account, highlighting findings with Demand Planner and Sales Director.
· Present Sales Director with SKU level forecasts to provide necessary inventory levels for Operations ahead of buy meetings and S+OP meetings.
· Liaison for communicating order prioritization with warehouse.
· Coordinate sampling and gratis allocations with Demand Planner & Sales Director.
· Act as account back-up for when another team member is out of the office.
· When needed, attend trade shows and/or meetings to promote relationships and sales with accounts.

Education / Certifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience / Abilities:
· 3-5 years of experience in demand planning/supply chain management or business analytics/financial role within the beauty/consumer products industry
· Computer skills required: NetSuite, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
· Proven success in multi-channel marketing within B2C retail, beauty or consumer packaged goods company preferred.
· Hands on project management skills with the ability to develop and manage simultaneous projects, write campaign briefs and project plans.
· Results oriented and ability to anticipate needs, innovate and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

Travel and Hours:
· This is a full-time salaried position
· Travel up to 10% of the time
