Our Newest Opportunity:
The National Sales Operations Specialist supports and monitors initiatives for the National Organic Growth Team, as well as manages key support functions that are essential to sales productivity. This includes planning and monitoring company-wide progress towards quotas, optimizing sales processes, and developing and implementing various sales programs. She/He will foster and encourage open communication within the National Organic Growth Team, Practice Leaders and Producers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Data Integrity

Ownership of PowerBI for all sales numbers

Reconcile all discrepancies within PowerBI with all the various CRM systems

Heavy support of sales planning and sales goal reconciliation

Support forecasting data with leaders and teammates

Ownership of sales leadership list

Ownership of national recruiting producer program
-
Ownership of sales/growth new hire and terminations tracking data
-
Monthly reconciliation of the sales gap w/ new hires

Pinnacle tracking and monthly auditing

Dashboard consultant with IT

Command of Adjacent business sales new business and ongoing tracking

Bi-weekly reporting to national sales team with any gaps and discrepancies that need to be address immediately.
National Sales Operation Support

Ownership of D&B access and training & Support zywave for sales support as needed

Manage all National Sales documents and files so that they are accessible to the necessary parties

Support Filed Leadership to handle prospect data ownership

Sales marketing leads field sales operations team in communication and best practices

Field Leadership support as needed for pipeline & CRM support

New M&A Tracking
Sales Leadership Best Practices

Ownership of best practices to provide with new leaders and ongoing leaders

Support Sales/ Leaders and MPs on how to effectively manage their leads

Adjacent business sales lead for new business tracking

Build, maintain, and evolve sales leader D365 dashboards and views

Collaborate with M&A team to ensure all M&As have a strategy for sales training of D365

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

Education, Training and Experience:

5+ years of sales, sales operations, or sales support experience with increasing responsibilities, required; 7+ years, preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree, required.

5+ years of benefits industry experience, including insurance brokerage experience, preferred.
