Job Description
The Sales Operation Manager will play an integral role in the Revenue Operations Team:
- Sales Process Enhancement: Streamline and improve end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and post-sale support.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks in the sales pipeline. Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to sales leadership.
- CRM Management: Oversee the maintenance and utilization of our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and tracking of sales activities.
- Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts and targets. Monitor progress towards goals and provide recommendations to adjust strategies as needed.
- Sales Training and Onboarding: Develop and deliver training programs for sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead-to-revenue processes.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement sales enablement and automation tools to enhance productivity and efficiency across the sales organization.
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain sales process documentation, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, strategies, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various teams.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving sales targets.
