As Ninety continues to experience exceptional growth, we are looking to bring on a Revenue Operations Leader who will optimize the revenue-generating functions of our organization, focusing on implementing strategies between our sales, marketing, partnerships, and client success teams.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven track record of success in a Director-level role within a high-growth SaaS company with $30M+ ARR and 100% YoY growth.
- Extensive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields, with a demonstrated ability to optimize revenue generation processes.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making mindset, and proficiency in using revenue-related tools and systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a talent for fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of revenue growth and scalability in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Previous experience in building and optimizing Hubspot and Gainsight.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine revenue strategies that align with our company's vision and objectives. Proactively identify growth opportunities and revenue drivers to maximize performance.
- Develop processes and methods to maintain data integrity, including shared definitions across business units.
- Implement data strategy to improve the quality and accuracy of contacts and accounts in the CRM database.
- Marketing, Education, Partnerships, and Client Success Dept. Alignment: Foster strong collaboration between marketing, education, and revenue teams to create cohesive revenue-generating campaigns and initiatives.
- Especially important in our one-to-many, low MRR per client model - needing resources from each team to complete sales, adoption, expansion, and retention efforts.
- Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain revenue performance metrics, dashboards, and reports. Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and track the success of revenue-related initiatives.
- Work cross-departmentally to ensure marketing efforts drive qualified leads, education efforts promote adoption and expansion that can lead to client success driving positive NRR.
- Revenue Systems and Technology: Evaluate and optimize revenue-related systems, including CRM, marketing automation, and client success platforms. Identify and implement necessary tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across revenue operations.
- Accelerate business outcomes by providing proactive, cross-functional and predictive insights from revenue systems to inform decision-making.
- Leverage behavioral, leading, and lagging revenue system indicators to instrumentalize the business and drive process adoption across revenue teams.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve revenue-related processes, ensuring scalability and alignment with company goals. Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Product, and other relevant departments to ensure a holistic approach to revenue management and drive alignment toward overarching company goals.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and a results-driven culture.
What Success Looks Like:
- Development of start-to-finish campaign analytics across departments around revenue-generating initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA
- Previous experience in high volume, low MRR, client profile in SaaS model
