Luxury Presence is seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Head of Revenue Operations to join our growing team. Reporting to the COO, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling our revenue-generation and retention functions. You will be responsible for enhancing our sales processes, improving data analysis and reporting, and ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Responsibilities:
Sales Process Optimization:
- Oversee and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement best practices
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Manage sales productivity and provide proactive recommendations
Revenue Forecasting and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify growth opportunities
- Provide insights and recommendations for revenue optimization
Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Foster collaboration and communication between sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Ensure seamless handoffs between departments to enhance the customer experience
- Establish and maintain KPIs that drive cross-functional alignment
Technology Stack Management:
- Evaluate, select, and implement sales and CS and revenue technology solutions
- Administer and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and other relevant tools
- Provide training and support to sales and CS teams on tool usage
Data Governance and Reporting:
- Establish data governance policies and standards for accurate reporting
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for monitoring revenue performance
- Ensure data integrity and quality across all revenue-related systems
Sales Compensation and Incentives:
- Design and manage sales compensation plans to motivate and reward high performance
- Regularly review and adjust compensation structures to align with company goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within the SaaS industry
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Exceptional project management and process improvement abilities
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven ability to collaborate and support key stakeholders across various departments
