The Role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own, manage, and improve processes in our GTM organization while ensuring smooth and effective operations of the team. You will support the end-to-end Marketing, Sales and CS process, as well as provide administrative and operational support when needed.
Responsibilities
Cross-department Strategy and Operations: Ensure collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance are aligned with company goals. Drive quarterly business reviews, and develop, document, and build growth-facilitating models. Define, maintain, and coach/train on processes and tools.
Tool Stack: Optimize existing tool performance while scoping and recomending integrationa, automation, and workflow improvements. Own our sales CRM system (Hubspot) and manage its evolution, improvement, and data cleanliness as well as integration with other systems
Data & Insight Management: Act as our SME for revenue data, structural, and architectural knowledge. Create and manage and their delivery. Create dynamic and informational content for all departments.
Metrics Accountability: Monitor and review the sales funnel on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis while reviewing recurring revenue meetings with the GTM team. Digest and deliver insights to leadership.
Key Experience
5+ years of operations and system architecture experience within a GTM in a B2B SaaS environment
Proficient in sales tools like HubSpot (a must), Gong, Salesloft, Salesforce, etc.
History of strong cross-functional relationships with GTM teams and expertise in improving or creating their frameworks
Excellent quantitative and reporting skills
Be organized, innovative, and have the ability to support urgent deadlines
Excellent communicator, self-aware, transparent, professional, and open to feedback

Compensation Range: $125K - $150K
