This position is responsible for overseeing the sales process, reporting and product positioning in proposals and RFPs/RFIs for all of the organization's services (Home & Mobility) across sales and account management teams.
Contribute to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the function in collaboration with leadership.
Use knowledge of organizational products, services, support, and technology, to oversee sales operations activities to achieve organizational growth targets.
Direct and oversee the development and implementation of operational processes meant to improve the efficiency of the sales force.
Develop, oversee, and administer the organization’s sales forecast.
Establish procedures and processes for sales forecasting and financial modeling.
Manage sales automation, tools, and reporting programs.
Develop quote to order processes meant to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
Create reports detailing pipelines, forecasts, productivity, quota attainment, or other sales metrics.
Lead competitive analysis capture and training of the organization's key internal groups.
Evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes including lead creation, lead management, account management and prioritization, closing strategies, pipeline management, etc.
Lead process improvement, automation, and training to ensure delivery of efficient sales, account management, and proposal activities.
Manage and report on all sales activities via Salesforce for the Executive Leadership Team and others as appropriate including supporting Board of Director reporting.
Lead internal process of positioning, writing, and manage on-time completions of RFP and RFI responses across all of the organization's services.
Partner cross functionally with internal Sales & Account Management departments on product descriptions, sales materials, and processes.
Work with internal Subject Matter Experts to ensure accurate, concise, and compelling positioning of all services and processes in delivering the organization's services.
Be involved with designing the company’s sales incentive plan and setting quotas.
Lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Travel occasionally for business as required.
Determine appropriate resourcing of staff in order to achieve goals and objectives.
Build an effective senior leadership team through mentoring and formal education that focuses on management and project management principles.
Define annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.
Direct and mentor senior leaders on performance gaps, career development opportunities, and strategies.
Direct and coach senior leaders on all human resource related processes including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, selection, terminations, compensation and rewards.

Own attainment of high employee satisfaction and retention; lead development of programs and initiatives within the group to attain high employee satisfaction.
Direct and influence change management initiatives to drive improvements and efficiencies cross functionally.

Prepare and manage budget as assigned; analyze variances and initiate corrective actions to maximize operational performance.

Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Communications or Marketing, Master's Degree preferred.
Fifteen (15) plus years of experience in Sales Operations, Communications, Proposals, Marketing or Product Marketing required.
Ten (10) plus years of leadership responsibility leading teams.
Experience with Proposal automation tools and Salesforce required.
Experience with rideshare and/or healthcare a plus.
Experience with business, logistics, healthcare management, government procurement or healthcare technology a plus.
Experience creating marketing copy, product documentation, position papers, white papers, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation is a plus.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Aptitude in developing command of industry and technology vocabulary and vernacular with excellent decision-making skills.
Ability to build collaborative relationships.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
