The Sales Operations Manager position within the EVERSANA Data & Analytics team will focus on Proposal writing, Contract Management and Business Development support. They will also assist project leads with resource planning and staff allocation for upcoming projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
Support Principals and Engagement Leads in development of proposals for new business based on client requirements and specifications.
Implement consistent practices and polices around proposal creation, and end to end contract management.
Track teams’ capacity and work with Engagement leads and Managers to meet the staffing requirements for the upcoming projects and assign personnel to projects.
Documenting processes and maintaining records.
Drive end to end project opening and closing process adherence
Maintain proper client asset and project deliverable organization and hygiene
All other duties as assigned.

Travel, Some travel may be required for meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management
Hours, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

At least 5 years’ experience in proposal writing and resource management in Healthcare/Pharma/Life Science industry
Experience in managing budgets
Communicates effectively with others with clarity and transparency
Exceptional interpersonal skills when dealing with team members, vendors, and clients
Exceptional organization and time-management skills
Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
BA undergraduate degree
Experience in a Professional Services environment
Advanced skill in Microsoft Office, including, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Share Point, and Excel
Experience using Professional Services Automation tools (i.e., Kantata, SmartSheet,etc.)
