Your mission will be to increase sales efficiency, repeatability and scale. You will optimize the way we work by supporting systems administration, reporting, and analysis, but also assist in internal management of initiatives created by the VP of Sales. This opportunity allows you to work cross functionally with our Delivery, Marketing, and Finance organizations.
We are looking for a highly functioning person to join our team who has demonstrated success analyzing sales data and translating it into metrics, self-starter, operating in a fast-growing environment, and solving problems independently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate that they can successfully partner with cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and influence data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Do

Present weekly funnel reporting, forecasting reports, and other sales metrics.

Analyze and articulate sales data to identify actionable insights for the sales team.

Review and make recommendations to enhance or add new processes, tools, or technology to support the sales team.

Drive QBRs
-
Lead and drive intra-company project coordination between sales and non-sales departments.

Own SFDC and manage the Sales Support Specialist.

Responsible for Salesforce training and assisting in administrative onboard tasks.
- Create and deliver a repeatable deals desk function that can forecast & report revenue.

Evaluate SFDC pipeline and funnel to enhance forecast accuracy and build sales predictability.

Track, report and manage the process of partner incentive programs.

Help with coordination of sales operations for Vertical alignments and strategic programs built by the VP of Sales

Thrives in an independent self-directed environment. Ability to manage their daily tasks as they relate to overall goals.
Required Skills:

3- 5 years of Salesforce Administration Experience
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Previous sales experience

Full understanding of sales cycle

Certified Salesforce Admin.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical Consulting Industry experience.
- Oracle Channel Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
