- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
- Lead the sales team to exceed individual and team revenue targets through proactive outreach, lead management, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate closely with directors to streamline day-of event logistics, ensuring flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to foster a robust network and drive repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, negotiating terms and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Oversee venue cleanliness, adherence to operational procedures, and maintenance of the venue's integrity.

- Full-time, exempt position offering competitive compensation based on experience.
- Performance-driven bonus/commission structure tied to achievement of divisional goals.
