Job Purpose
The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for assisting the Sales Operations Department in setting competitive rates, support managing our CRM/ZOHO, contract management, reporting, and resolving disputes.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in developing a range of analyses to support the executive team
- Ability to create, interpret, and communicate detailed report data
- Evaluate data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends
- Examine and assess data from a variety of sources and utilize them to provide set rates to Business Development.
- Integrate new and existing contracts into our CRM Database and WMS
- Assist in reviewing chargebacks, disputes and credits
- Other duties and projects, as assigned
Requirements
- One year of related sales operations experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS PPT, MS Word).
- Ability to use spreadsheets and pivot tables
- Experience in data analysis
- B.S. Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Economics
- Strong organizational skills/ ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
