What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)
As theInside Sales Operations Assistant, you will be a primary support member for our inside sales team, also known as the FPC. Our mission is to follow up on leads generated by Precoa and to support our field sales team.
This role is multifaceted and includes working directly with our region managers. You will be the go-to individual for working with our CRM to gather team data, pull call recordings to provide coaching and feedback and organize weekly/monthly data for performance analysis. You will also interact with our inside sales team and assist with CRM and timecard-related support.

If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!
- 1-2 years’ work experience in administrative/customer service related fields or undergraduate degree
- Advanced proficiency in typing (75 wpm)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel & Outlook), Google Drive, Zoom, ADP
- Communication – Speaks clearly, listens and obtains clarification, and is empathetic
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Task Management – Works well taking direction from different team members; Balances competing tasks efficiently with a positive attitude; Gathers and organizes information for analysis; Identifies problems and raises a flag in a timely manner
